Rachael Shayne [Donaldson] is the CEO and Co-Founder of the startup Cubspot, an EdTech SaaS platform of camps, classes and tutors for kids K-12. She is a brand architect and culture strategist located in Boulder, Colorado.
She has also served as Vice President of People.Culture.Brand. at Zayo Group where she oversaw the global management of the company’s people operations, brand, culture strategy, and public relations. Rachael has 11-year-old twins, two french bulldogs, and practices yoga. Join her on Twitter

In 5 words or less, describe what has been most important to your success in your career?
Resilience, laughter, network, growth mindset—it can even be one word (curiosity).
What are you working on now? OR.. What are you most proud of in your accomplishments so far.
Now = Building a tech company from the ground up. I am climbing a different mountain every day and so I am getting better and better at climbing!
If you could give your 20-year-old self-advice, what would it be?
Learn to give less of AF—not everyone’s opinion of you, your ideas, matters.
