The Founder and CEO of Thulium, a brand amplification company, specializing in B2B social media account-based marketing, Tamara’s expertise is in B2B and B2C marketing, social influence and technology. She is ranked by Klear in the Top 1% of global Social Media Influencers.
Tamara is an IBM Futurist and was ranked as the third most mentioned person on Twitter by Chief Marketing Officers in 2015 by Leadtail.

In 5 words or less, describe what has been most important to your success in your career?
Be in service to others.
What are you working on now? OR.. What are you most proud of in your accomplishments so far?
I’m most proud of the fact that I have been a fearless adventurer in life and in my career, never attaching myself to a title or boxing myself in. I pivoted from nursing, (I was an R.N.), to technology influencer, and C.E.O of a social media marketing agency, Thulium.co, working with incredible companies like Dell, IBM, Verizon, SAP, Intel, etc..
Through using the methods that I teach about the power of strategic personal branding, I am currently ranked, by third party analytics, the top female influencer globally on social media in the technology space. I love how free we are to create as many versions of ourselves and our careers as we can conceive. No limits. Self-Limitation is a mindset. I believe we can be and do anything, Life is so short, what are you waiting for?!
If you could give your 20-year-old self-advice, what would it be?
Don’t pay attention to the critical voice in your head that makes you feel less than, it’s not real and it’s not you. Pay attention to the whispers of your imagination, dream big, write your poetry, jump in those puddles with your funny boots, get messy and don’t give a second thought to boyfriends, they don’t last…the man of your dreams doesn’t come around for another 25 years, so relax and go have fun!
My darling, in the end, your life is really only what you experience, so go experience what you want your life to be! Jump off into the abyss, try things that scare you, say “yes” to what shows up, spend time with people who love you for you, love people back for who they are and savor the succulence of adventure knowing that in the end everything turns out okay. And one last thing, buy as much stock as you can in Apple, Microsoft, and Oracle. Do not buy the Sun Microsystems stock, you’ll thank me later.
